Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
